Couch to Confidence Program Starts in September!

Introducing Couch to Confidence, a beginner's program designed to help you feel comfortable, confident, and motivated to reach your goals.
A friendly and professional trainer will teach you how to perform a variety of exercises safely and effectively while discovering activities you enjoy!

Yoga on the Quad

Free Outdoor Yoga on the Quad Every Tuesday

121 Fitness Yoga instructors will host a FREE 8-week outdoor yoga series on the Quad! Classes are held from 12:00-1:00pm behind Adelbert Hall. All are welcome! No prior registration is required.
