FREE Yoga on the Quad

Join 121 Fitness center every Tuesday at 12pm this summer for free Yoga! Classes will be held on the Quad outside of Adelbert Hall. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mats, but towels will be provided.

FREE Walking Club

Join 121's Walking Club every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at noon this summer for walks around CWRU and its surrounding areas. This club is open to the public, so bring a friend!

Study on Gym

CWRU Study on Gym Use

Some members** of 121 Fitness may receive an email invitation from Dr. Mariana Carrera to join a study about gym use. The study involves a 5-minute online survey.
** Due to funding constraints, the study is being rolled out gradually to a randomly selected subset of members.
