2009 NEOhio AIDS Walk Water Stop 121 Fitness was proud to be an official water stop for the 2009 NEOhio AIDS Walk! With generous donations from Bon Appetit, we supported a great cause and the environment. We used small corn cellulose / biodegradable cups that will be integration into landscaping mulching processes rather than hundreds of platic bottled water. 50 cycle bikes, 5 top cycle instructors, hosted by 121 Fitness Center in Adelbert Gym. Entertainment provided by Rock the House. This was a high energy, fun event! Hope you will join us next year!

Relay for Life was a HUGE success! 121 Fitness wonthe award for most money raised on-site at the event, raising nearly $2K from our smoothies, chair massage and team! CWRU raised over $88,000!
