Dress for Success Clothing Drive
As you clean out your closets this holiday season, consider helping others! Donate your gently used interview or work appropriate clothing and accessories to women in need! Click here to view example donation items. Donations will be accepted through January 6th - just drop them off in our front lobby!
NEW Total Body Training Class!
NEW Total Body Training will help you build strength and endurance by engaging you in maximal effort exercise for short bursts of time. The stations within each circuit will cumulatively fatigue each muscle group in your body while providing the heart strengthening benefits of cardio respiratory exercise. Dumbbells, medicine balls, TRX suspension straps, and the heavy bag will be incorporated into every class.
