Graduate & Professional Student Memberships

New Graduate & Professional School Student Wellness Initiative for Fall, 2014!

Business man with weightsCase Western Reserve University is dedicated to the health and wellness of its students.  One to One Fitness Center (a department of CWRU) has long been the fitness center of choice for many graduate school students.  It is a natural fit, then, to work with the graduate and professionals schools to help provide the best health and wellness resources for our students!

One to One Fitness is committed to providing professional, personal, friendly and clean services to our members and guests as well as health and wellness programming.   Not only is regular exercise known for its numerous health benefits, but it is particularly important for college students. Exercise can improve brain function, decrease stress and depression, help with time management, reduce illness, and help you set a schedule and routine.  In addition, the exercise and health habits set in college will transfer into your post-college lifestyle.  Making time and dedicating energy to health and fitness now is invaluable for your future.  There is nothing more important than your health!
