CWRU Health Partnership:

The Case Farm & 121 Fitness Center

CWRU Graduate Student, Rachel Paul, shares the benefits she has received from both the Case Farm and 121 Fitness Center throughout her time as a Nutrition Undergraduate and Graduate student.

Exercise and nutrition go hand-in-hand in reducing chronic disease, improving cognitive abilities and much more. Rachel has worked with both the Case Farm and 121 Fitness on many wellness initiatives and is passionate about helping the community lead healthier lives.

Learn more about CWRU Wellness Initiatives at the 121 Fitness Open House on May 7th from 12-2pm.  The Case Farm will be there to answer all your questions and learn of their healthy initiatives!

All groups are FREE for everyone, appropriate for all levels, ages and abilities, and open to the public.

This 8-week program is designed for your success, whether it is weight loss, increasing muscle, toning or just starting a regular exercise program. The program can benefit all fitness levels, from beginners to the experienced and you have four (4) program tiers available for your success. Enjoy the motivation and support of certified personal trainers, group exercise instructors and all of CWRU's 121 Fitness Center staff. We are here for your success!

In support of the Employee Wellness Program! 121 Fitness will cover 50% of the program cost for all CWRU employees. Click on registration links for more info and pricing.
