“Since I gained a lot of weight I had trouble to find an exercise that I can do and feel good doing it. The Pilates Reformer class was just right for me. I love that this is a small class so the instructor can correct if I am doing something wrong. The speed was adequate. The flow of exercise was proper and Hope's instructions were really good. At any point I did not feel overwhelmed but today I have sore muscles :-), meaning that I did have a good workout. That is a big plus. I am really glad that I tried it. I had my suspicions if I would like it or if I will be able to do it but now they are all gone :-).”
