What is Professional Fitness?
121’s staff believes that your fitness membership, personal training and participation in wellness activities are “investments” in your health. We take your health personally and make it our mission to help you get the most out of your investment.

121’s personal trainers work to drive you to reach your goals.  We help you utilize your workout time wisely, making it quality instead of quantity.  We realize that all people are different and we treat you as an individual.  You will not receive a cookie-cutter workout with our trainers!  Your fitness assessment will assess YOUR body composition, heart rate, blood pressure, cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility and metabolic measures.  By utilizing our TRIFIT technology in conjunction with our personal trainers’ expertise, we will design the ultimate workout plan for you.  We will take you through proper exercise techniques, machine settings, and personally ensure you are performing in a safe and effective manner.  Our trainers will be available to answer all your questions and provide motivation for your continued success.

The TRIFIT system and your personal program are based on the latest research and protocols from the American College of Sports Medicine, the American Heart, Diabetes and Dietetic Associations, the American Cancer Society and the Centers for Disease Control.
