Belinda Gruszka                                             For Belinda, fitness is a way of life. She hiked the entire 2,175 miles of the Appalachian Trail as a solo female in 2007, a feat that thousands begin every year but only 20% finish. “That experience taught me many things,” she says. “Most of all, it showed me how small efforts on a consistent basis can really pay off. As an ISSA certified Personal Trainer and Specialist in Performance Nutrition, Belinda understands that not everyone can go out and hike two thousand miles. But she agrees that “whether you’re looking to shed those extra pounds or create a healthier lifestyle, a consistent fitness program combined with proper technique and diet can deliver big results. And if you make it fun, you’ll be eager and energized to do it.” Belinda trains and educates her clients with personalized fitness programs. Clients receive detailed guidance that addresses the aerobic, strength and flexibility components.
