Memberships

121 Fitness Center Memberships (single, couple, family):
121 offers a variety of memberships to suit your needs and is open to the public.  Case, UHHS, CCF and UCI employees receive a discounted membership price.  We offer single, couple and family memberships.  Couples must be significant others living together.  All 121 members must be at least 15 years old.  Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

121 memberships are month-to-month, with no long-term contracts.  Monthly dues are automatically deducted from your credit card or payroll deduction (payroll deduction is available for Case or UH employees only).  A monthly statement can be mailed to you for an additional $10 fee. 

Monthly dues vary and complete information can be received at the front desk at 121 Fitness Center.  Every member pays a low, one-time initiation fee and a security deposit equal to one month’s dues (the security deposit is refunded to you at the end of your membership or applied to your last month’s dues). 

Membership Changes and Cancellations:
All membership changes and cancellations should be received in writing and by the 20th of the month prior to their effective date  (i.e., those received days 1-20 will be effective at the end of the current month, those received days 21-31 will be effective at the end of the following month).

Leaves of Absence:
121 members may take one (1) month off each calendar year without paying a fee to reactivate the membership.  Students may take one (1) month off during the year or three (3) months off over the summer (May-Aug. only) for no additional charge. 

2-3 month leaves of absence are permitted for work-related leaves.  Documentation is required.  A $25 reinstatement fee is assessed upon your return.

 

Temporary Memberships:
121 offers temporary memberships for people in town for a short period of time. 

2 Weeks $35.00 + tax
One Month $60.00 + tax
Two Month $120.00 + tax
Three Month $150.00 + tax

Temporary memberships include only the use of the fitness facility and group exercise equipment.  They do not include any additional programs included with 121’s regular memberships (i.e., they do not include the JumpStart or nutrition programs).  Temporary memberships must be paid in full up-front, are non-transferable, and non-refundable.

Daily Guests / Day Passes:
Guests are welcome to use 121 Fitness and do not need to be accompanied by a 121 member.  Guest passes are available for purchase and are non-refundable.  Passes do have expiration dates.

Group Memberships:
121 Fitness offers discounted memberships to groups of 10 or more people.  At least 70% of the group’s members must be new 121 members at the time of the group’s formation.  Fees vary based on participation. Group memberships are pre-paid in 6-month intervals.  Memberships are non-refundable; no leaves or early cancellations are available. 

Groups must have a group representative who is responsible for collecting and paying the dues by the set deadline twice a year.  The group representative will receive a free 6-month renewal if he/she can increase the total group membership by 2 people for the renewal period.  All group members are eligible for regular membership services.

121 Fitness offers corporate memberships.

Corporate Membership Programs:

Fixed Fee Program:  If your company cannot provide the funding to cover your employee fitness program, we can offer a fixed rate at a percentage of our regular membership fee.  Prices vary based on participation.  If your company can match part of the employee fee, we can double or triple your employee participation.  The fee will be returned in improved work performance and decreased health costs.
Corporate Card The corporate card program is our most affordable option that allows all employees of your company access to 121 Fitness Center.  The corporate card is a shared membership that is flexible and affordable. The cost may be paid by the corporation or shared with the employees. You can receive up to 75% off our standard monthly fee. Multiple cards may be purchased and prices vary based on participation.
Open Enrollment We will provide a comprehensive and complimentary on-site health fair to help with enrollment of your employees.
