Take a map. Meet a friend. Soak up the sun!

Enjoy the great outdoors this summer with our Free Fitness Clubs!  One to One membership is not required. Let us know you'll be joining in by RSVPing on our Meetup.com sites, available below.

Walking Club 

Starting back up on May 8th, 2017! Walks will take place Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 12pm. Let’s get out of the office, classroom, house and hospital during the week for 1-3 mile walks. This group is designed to link together people from the area for great walks, conversation and support of wonderful community causes!

This group is open to the public free of charge. One to One Fitness membership is not required.

Running Club

Whether you’re just getting on your feet, want to improve your times or need motivation, club leader and One to One Fitness trainer Jason Chuhay helps you achieve your running goals.

Group runs take off from One to One Fitness at 8:30 a.m. every Saturday. There’s always a place for your pace, experience level and distance.

Cycle Club

S‌pend your Saturday morning cycling around Cleveland with our group of road cyclists!  This group is lead by our 121 Fitness Cycle instructor and avid cyclist, Deneen LaMonica. Bike and helmet are required.

This group is open to the public free of charge. One to One Fitness membership is not required.

See you in the spring!  Until then, try one of our indoor cycling classes.


Y‌‌‌oga on the Quad

Starting back up on June 7th, 2017! This group is open to the public free of charge. One to One Fitness membership is not required.

Enjoy the serenity of practicing Yoga outdoors!  Our Yoga on the Quad class is held every Tuesday from 12:00-1:00pm outside on the CWUR Quad, specifically the grassy area behind Adelbert Hall.  No need to bring a mat or special clothing - come as your are!  Class content is Yoga Basics with our 121 Fitness Instructor Nick Galicz.
